Payment
Payment for transportation is due on booking or at the latest 7 days prior (or sooner if booked during same week) to collection/delivery and can be paid by bank transfer or Paypal
For all jobs booked the following time schedules apply in regards to cancellations
a) within 10 days full refund given
b) within 9 to 3 days, 50% refund
c) less than 3 days, no refund given
(in the event of any cancellation there will be a minimum ÂŁ100 admin fee)
Prohibited uses
You may use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our site:
a) In any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
b) In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
Car/Van/Vehicle/Misc Collections
We are not insured to carry passengers
We will not be held responsible for items that fall off during transportation, in the event that older or salvaged vehicles etc are transported sunroof's/panals/bonnet etc should be securely tied down/locked in position, in the event that anything is missing/damaged whilst being transported we will not bear responsibility for that loss/damage.
All Vehicles must be ready for our drivers on arrival, In the event that we arrive at the customer's collection point and the car/van etc is not ready to collect or have to wait at Auction house's etc ie, won't start, brakes stuck on, no keys, flat tyres, stuck in park (auto's) and there is a delay of more than 30 minutes fixing/sorting these problems and/or we are not able to collect the car/van then the fee paid is non-refundable or a waiting charge is applied at the rate of ÂŁ50/hour (subject to our discretion).
Safety / Weather Conditions
In the event that we are unable to complete a job due to adverse weather conditions ie snow/floods etc, and the job has to be rescheduled for these reasons, provided we are given at least 3 days notice then we will reschedule free of charge
If my driver arrives to collect a vehicle and the weather conditions are so atrocious that it is not safe to continue the job then the job will be cancelled and no refund will be given this also includes cases whereby my driver has started the job and due to road safety concerns he has to return the car to the collection point
Information Provided
It is the customers' responsibility to provide us with accurate information concerning any vehicle we are contracted to collect/deliver.
In the event that we are stopped on the roadside and checked by a government body, (ie, Ministry of Transport/Traffic police etc) and found to be breaking any laws whilst transporting a customers' vehicle/s, due to being given incorrect/misleading information from them, then it is the responsibility of the customer to pay the fines and find alternative transportation to complete the journey.
Any monies paid will not be refunded and there will be additional charges for time wasted as well as any additional fines we have been subjected to. This also applies to any vehicles which subsequently turn out to be stolen
Damage in Transit
Please note we are not responsible for any damage incurred whilst the vehicle is in transit i.e. items falling off, stone chips to paintwork or windows etc etc,
Customer Vehicle delivery checks
At the time of delivery, the customer is responsible for ensuring that there is no damage caused to either their car or van, if the customer notices any damage or issues with the vehicle this must be pointed out to the driver at the time of delivery and immediately reported to Nick on 07535 620336 (by text if after 5 pm) this is regardless of the time of the day that it was delivered, we will not accept or admit liability for any damage that is reported to us once our driver has left the delivery location.
By accepting/paying for our 'quote/bid/tender' you are accepting and are bound by our terms and conditions as set above
